The classic Bon Jovi song written by Richard Sambora, John Shanks, and Jon Bon Jovi is one of my favorite songs when I am feeling lost, misdirected, and overwhelmed with my life. I do not know where you have been or where you are going but I do know that by sharing information we have both learned on our separate journeys we can each be a bit better off than we would have been if our paths had not crossed. This website contains tools I have created myself or discovered in my search to build the best version of myself while still honoring that I am still a a valuable worthwhile human being even on my worst days. I have been blessed to have so many wonderful people help me discover the greatness that dwells inside of me but laid dormant for so long. I have also been blessed by every miserable experience I feared I would not have the strength to endure or the ability to survive. Trauma, pain, and hardship can be wonderful teachers if you look at it from a fresh perspective. I hope you will reach out to me and teach me what you have learned so that I can share it with others too.
